From the South:
Leaving the Greenville Airport: (1.5 hour drive). Follow signs for I-85 west. Take to 26 north to Asheville, about 45 minutes. Follow the sign for Asheville and merge onto I-240 east 4.5 miles. In Asheville take exit 5 (route 25), Merrimon Avenue. Go right at bottom of ramp, under freeway, and continue north toward Staples. At the 2nd light, Trader Joes on the corner, take left onto Chestnut Street. Pass the next light (Broadway) continue over bridge then drive to Cumberland. Turn right. The Morris Hellenic Cultural Center will be down the road on the right.
From the Asheville Regional Airport: (.5 hour drive). Take Airport Road to I-26 toward Asheville. Follow the sign for Asheville and merge onto I-240 east 4.5 miles. In Asheville take exit 5 (route 25), Merrimon Avenue. Go right at bottom of ramp, under freeway, and continue north toward Staples. At the 2nd light, Trader Joes on the corner, take left onto Chestnut Street. Pass the next light (Broadway) continue over the bridge then drive to Cumberland. Turn right. The Morris Hellenic Cultural Center will be down the road on the right.
From the North:
From Tri-Cities Regional Airport/ Johnson city/ Bristol (1.5 hour drive). Leave the airport and turn left onto TN-75 south for 6.8 miles. Merge onto I-26 via ramp on the left. Travel toward Asheville. Take exit 25 (route 251) University of North Carolina-Asheville (UNCA), and turn left at the bottom of the ramp. You are on Broadway. Drive under the interstate through (2) lights. At the 3rd light, turn right on Chestnut Street. Continue over the bridge then drive to Cumberland. Turn right. The Morris Hellenic Cultural Center will be down the road on the right.
From the East:
From Charlotte/ Douglas International Airport (2,5 hour drive). Follow Rental Car Road to Little Rock Road. Go left. Follow 1.0 mile and merge onto I-85 south via the ramp on the left toward Gastonia. Follow for 15 miles. Merge onto I-40 (exit 43A-B) toward statesville/ Asheville. Follow to Asheville and I-240. Stay on I-240. In Asheville take exit 5 (route 25), Merrimon Avenue. Go right at bottom of ramp and continue north toward Staples. At the next light, Trader Joes on the corner, take left onto Chestnut Street. Pass the next light (Broadway) continue over the bridge then drive to Cumberland. Turn right. The Morris Hellenic Cultural Center will be down the road on the right.
From the West:
Follow I-40 east. Take the Asheville, I-240 exit. Continue 4 miles. In Asheville take exit 5 (route 25), Merrimon Avenue. Go right at bottom of ramp, under freeway, and continue north toward Staples.
